Everything was perfect: the staff were responsive and friendly, always ready to help and give advice, and Deshan is a great guy; the most important thing was the view from the hotel and its proximity to the main attraction.

The location near the Nine Arch Bridge is unbelievable, the host was super friendly and helpful, arranged tuk‑tuks for us at very reasonable prices, and recommended local sights and restaurants.

The view of the Nine Arch Bridge is great, just a five‑minute walk, very quiet and surrounded by nature, with beautiful sunrise and sunset views; the staff were friendly and available 24/7, even as a driver—thanks Deshan; the breakfast was lush, and the pick‑up and drop‑off service at arrival and departure was convenient. It might feel a bit remote for some, but it was perfect for us.

The room is basic with no TV and no AC, but that’s the charm of this place—it immerses you in nature. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing view of the Nine Arch Bridge. The location is fantastic. Mr. Doshan helps with everything from accommodation to transportation to the town center and back, and even with the steep entrance, which was a bit scary but also amazing. I hope to visit again soon.

I loved the location, the view, and the food. Wimukthi was a great host—fantastic, very accommodating, and a good auto‑rickshaw driver. The only downside was walking up the hills, but that’s just how it is.
