Nothing was good; it was disgusting. I complained and expected a partial refund, but none was given. The toilet seat was broken, the bathtub was nasty, and when I woke up this morning I had to shake out the sheets because I found an earring, pizza crust, and French fries inside them! Disgusted.

The location was convenient for my event, but the room was a nightmare: it was dirty, humid, and the pipes hanging from the ceiling were dripping condensation; our sheets felt wet, the carpet was filthy, the grout had black mold, and there were moths. The ground‑level window was open and I had to lock it with the tiniest lock. Breakfast was just a poptart or a banana, and the staff had to unplug my toilet before we could use it for 20 minutes, pouring gallons of chemicals into it.
