The location, décor, size, and the “hospitality” of the room were great, and the welcome was warm. The breakfast, however, was a missed opportunity: the idea of sharing homemade cakes was lovely, but in reality there was very little—just packaged items and a single moka pot to brew. It was a beautiful concept, but the execution was lacking; maybe it was just that day.

The room was spacious, but the toilet had no ventilation at all and clearly needed a renovation. The breakfast was terrible, everything was stale. The person in charge was even worse—punctual people made us late for a scheduled visit, and on top of that, he mistakenly sent the cleaning staff to fix the issue.

I stayed here for a business trip and will definitely come back because the room was very nice, well‑maintained, clean, and the staff were kind and always helpful even outside regular hours. “Pietro’s rooms” will remain a reference point for me, both for the well‑connected location to the city center and for how comfortable we felt. Thanks again to the entire staff. The only thing I’d add with the arrival of summer is something fresh to drink or fruit at breakfast, but everything was already good—homemade cakes and the option to prepare breakfast yourself according to your taste.
