I booked two rooms at 19:00 through the website, tried to arrive as early as possible because I was still at the station, but when I got there the lady was a bit annoyed about the time and charged me 100 more than what was listed on the site, didn't give me a receipt for the extra money they claimed was on the site—which isn’t true after I checked—and in one room the AC didn’t work, in neither room did the fridge work for drinks, which is awful in this heat, and we found insects on the floor of the rooms.
