İğneada Resort Hotel & SPA

“Много сме доволни, благодарим!/We are very pleased, thank you!/Çok memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz!”

Хотелът е с много добра локация, на първа линия, много ни хареса плажа, чистотата, изключително любезен и внимателен персонал, много богата закуска. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново, много благодарим! Георги, Пловдив, България / The hotel has a very good location, on the first line, we really liked the beach, the cleanliness, extremely kind and attentive staff, very rich breakfast. We would be happy to come back again, thank you very much! Georgi, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. / The room we paid for was superior, but it didn't have a terrace, which is strange for a hotel on the seashore - it's impossible to enjoy the view, or to dry towels, swimsuits, etc. If we had known about it when booking, I would have paid for a room with a terrace, we would have taken that into account. But everything else we are very happy with!

The staff were all friendly and the hotel had plenty of facilities, but many items were broken or worn out, which is unacceptable for a “5 star” hotel.

“Don’t be decievied by the 5 stars”

I stayed at this hotel for its stunning sea view, but that's where the positives end. The hotel's current state is dismal, and I'd rate it 2 stars at best, despite having all the makings of a 5-star property. The indoor pool was unheated and dirty, the jacuzzi's floor was broken, and my room was in poor condition. To top it off, there was no tea or coffee in the room, the internet connection was slow, and breakfast was a letdown.

I enjoyed the peaceful and quiet location of the hotel, which was perfect for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, I don't have any other comments to share as I didn't experience much else during my stay.

“Not worth the price”

I appreciated the hotel's prime location and friendly staff, but that was overshadowed by the lack of working facilities. We were charged the full fee despite the pool and spa being closed, which made the experience feel overpriced. The rooms were small, and we even had to request towels, which wasn't ideal. It would have been helpful if the hotel's status was clearer during booking to manage expectations.
