The room I had booked was only available at a much higher price because they claimed there was no availability. When I arrived, they switched me to another room because the one I was assigned had been given to someone else, ignoring my reservation. They kept me waiting while they figured out what room could be assigned to me. The staff there are not hospitable and irresponsible. I requested Wi‑Fi for work and was told it was there to rest, not to work. It’s also false that rooms have Wi‑Fi; the signal is only in the reception area, so streaming services can’t be used. The cable TV setup is poor; when it rains—frequently—the signal drops intermittently. There aren’t enough signs to locate the different areas, so it’s easy to get lost and have to walk long distances to find your way back. Finally, the furniture is worn and stained, which makes you uneasy when using it. I paid almost $2000 for a very bad stay. Booking should remove this place from its listings. I would like to file a complaint against Booking for recommending it.
