The building is new and has all the comforts. On arrival, I didn’t smell cleanliness; instead, I smelled cigarettes. The single bed sheets had hair on them, and the double had a small blood‑like stain. Dust was on the light switch plates, the toilet paper was already used, and the sheets were cardboard. The manager was a friendly person who welcomed guests with small treats like coffee pods and water in the fridge. I suggest Mr. Francesco supervise the cleaning staff. Reading last year’s reviews, the same problems were noted.
