“Todo bien mi queja es el baño, no está higiénico, y mucho menos bien formado,”
The only thing that’s off is the bathroom, which is practically a vomit zone—horrible—while everything else is acceptable, even climbing the stairs.

The proximity to the Palace of Fine Arts was a plus, but the elevator was unusable for people with disabilities, they had to climb three flights of stairs, they didn’t give us keys for our rooms, there are video cameras in the male and female bathrooms, the kitchen only has a small gas stove for “camping,” and there was trash everywhere and it was generally dirty.

The price was affordable and the room was private, but even though we had a reservation, they told us it was full, so they sent us to Pino Suarez and the same happened, then they sent us to Alameda which is okay for the price but smells bad, is very hot, almost no toilet paper, and you can’t check in early.

I was the only black guest and got charged for a pipe break that had nothing to do with me—felt like racism!

The staff were friendly and helpful; even though there were no rooms available, they moved me to another location a few streets away and assisted with my luggage.
