“Terrible”

Cleanliness and Host. The listing was misleading and contained several inaccuracies. The room was advertised as having a “king room”, but when we arrived, we found a bed that was only 120 cm wide. The listing stated that the double bed measured between 130 and 150 cm, which was also incorrect. The bed was far too small for two people, and we couldn’t sleep comfortably. When we arrived, there was only one pillow and one towel in the room. When we asked for more, we were told that everything was in a cupboard in the hallway. There was also no proper blanket, just an extremely thin throw. We were freezing and had to sleep wearing trousers and jackets to keep warm. The check-in process was also confusing. Instead of providing all the necessary information from the beginning, we had to keep calling to get answers to basic questions. The shower was terrible, with water spraying in every direction except where it was supposed to. To make matters worse, the walls are so thin that it’s almost impossible to sleep when the guests in the next room have the TV on. Unfortunately, we ended up next to people who had absolutely no consideration for others. At 11:45 pm, they were still watching a movie and talking extremely loudly. At 7 am, they started making noise again, talking loudly, throwing their suitcases on the floor and using a hairdryer. It genuinely felt as though they were in our room. Overall, it was a horrible experience. The bed was not as advertised, basic amenities were missing, we were cold throughout the night, the shower was awful, and the lack of soundproofing made it almost impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. I would not recommend this accommodation and would definitely not stay here again

“Médiocre trop médiocre -”

Rien. - Sur le site il n’est pas mentionné qu’il s’agit d’une maison d’hôtes - et qu’il faut appeler pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clés le jour du Check in - Salle de douche on ne peut plus moisie : j ai demandé à ce que cela soit nettoyé - - prix sur city taxes surchargé : ai demandé rectificatif - serviettes toilettes non digne d’un prix à 100€ la nuit - insonorisation à refaire

“Ottima esperienza, da rifare”

The spot was great, about twenty minutes on foot to the Vatican and the metro was just a block away. The host was friendly and let us check in an hour early! The room was beautiful with a private balcony. Needs to be redone. Nothing else to mention.
