The mattress was hard. The receptionist was terrible, very unhelpful to a sick person, and constantly shouting, which made it very difficult.

The property needs a major renovation and is far from what was shown in the pictures. Despite a good location, the building is poorly maintained; you have to look hard for its name board. The rooms are spacious but the old furniture and fittings are in bad shape.
