How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Great location, the two senior staff members were also super and very attentive. The hotel manager stopped taking orders after 19:30. A couple and a family arrived 3(!) minutes late and were told off very unfriendly. An attempt to explain the delay was not heard.

The location right on the slope is awesome. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff is super helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. However, because it sits on the slope, getting there in heavy snow was a nightmare; the road was all white and only passable with snow chains. Its remote setting also makes evening trips to the village for dinner or après‑ski tough, costing us at least €45 each way in taxi fare. So you’re pretty much stuck at the hotel. The food at the hotel was fine but nothing special. The pool and whirlpool shut down at 19:00, which I missed out on. In the evenings the shower was very cold and the room lighting was hard to describe as atmospheric. Normally I wouldn’t fuss about these things, but the high winter season rates made me expect a bit more luxury.
