The breakfast was tasty and generous, the attic room was well furnished, and the hotel’s location was ideal for us. We were delayed by a traffic jam on the highway and tried to notify the hotel in time, but only a chatbot answered the phone. When we arrived, we retrieved our room key from the safe and discovered we had an attic room that was difficult to reach because the elevator was out of service; we had to haul our heavy luggage up to the 5th floor (the stairs to the attic are very steep). Additionally, we could not park our car initially because we didn’t have the gate code, so we had to go through a long, frustrating, and annoying search to find it.
