I get that you pay what you get, yet the staff were incredibly rude, especially the lady who had no customer skills. She yelled and screamed at me for no reason, treating even the nicest people poorly. She seemed to take out her frustrations on us, making the stay much worse. I don’t know if they even have a maid; the counters were never wiped down and the rooms were always dusty.

The check‑in staff woman was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed; if anything was wrong she fixed it right away. At this point I have no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and quick to check me in, and the room was spacious, but it wasn’t very clean and I didn’t receive any towels.
