All the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and even the people you pass in the hallway—were warm, calm, and genuinely focused on hospitality, flexibility, and putting the guest first.

The air‑conditioner vents are built into the ceiling of the hallway leading to the entrance, so the cool air never blows straight onto the bed and the room stays comfortable. The hotel’s fridge uses a silent Peltier system, which is nice, but because it’s lighter the unit tends to follow the door when you open it, which can be annoying; here, however, a stopper on the fridge base prevents it from sliding forward, showing thoughtful detail. When I needed to send a parcel, the front desk gave me a prepaid waybill that was already filled in despite the hotel name being handwritten, another example of careful consideration.

The hotel is directly connected to the station, feels very clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s probably popular, but there were no twin rooms available, which was disappointing.
