The rooms were not clean and the bathroom was too bad. The cleanliness.

The sheets had stains I asked them to change it and the one they brought had more stains. Also the property was poorly kept. I had to kill a cockroach. They didn’t even have a smart tv so I had to use my laptop most of the time. The staff were also lax making everything difficult. The bathrooms also had stains on the tiles

The service was very poor and the room wasn't clean at all; they didn't even provide soap for the bath.
