Everything was great except the location.

First they gave us a room with no view, then a room with a view; we waited 4 hours and were exhausted, but the staff were friendly and the rooms were nice, spacious, and clean, and the food was delicious. I requested room service and it was tasty, so if I return to Riyadh I'll book again. I do think the air conditioner needs to be replaced; it works at 100 % but feels dirty.
It’s worth the price; the stay was very luxurious and I liked their choice of the brand Pirelli for shower supplies.

The staff were excellent and the room was amazing, plus the breakfast was good, but the car valet service was not very practical; sometimes we got the car after a few minutes and other times it took 15 minutes.
