“Für einen entspannten Urlaub, auch mit Kindern und zum Wandern sehr geeignet”

I had a smooth check-in and check-out experience at this hotel. The resort is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the mountains. The property is quite large, featuring a main building with a restaurant, various-sized bungalows, a spacious grill area, a petting zoo, playgrounds, a swimming pool, and plenty of outdoor seating areas. My bungalow was spotless, as was the swimming pool, but I did notice that the staff had limited English.

“Molto migliorabile!”

The hotel's pool was beautiful, and my room was cozy, but there were some issues that detracted from my stay. The structure felt relatively new, but I noticed several details that needed attention, such as a slanted toilet and electrical outlets that seemed to be loose. The staff's English was limited, and they weren't particularly courteous. During dinner, the service was subpar, and we had to fetch our drinks ourselves.

Although the road to the hotel was quite challenging, it was well worth the effort. Perched in the mountains, the hotel was lovely, with farm animals and a charming atmosphere that made for a wonderful stay. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent.
