I really liked everything here, but the AC didn't perform as well as I expected.

Nothing was good – the bugs at breakfast were nasty, there was mold in the room, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone; it's the worst place ever!!!

“Location was great and hotel staff nice but would not recommend or stay here again”

The location was fine, but the bathroom sink was leaking and maintenance couldn't fix it; they wanted to send someone at 9:00 pm, we said no, and offered a move which we declined because we were already settled. Later that night the TV wouldn’t turn off, so we had to call the front desk, and even they struggled to switch it off. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was a mark on the wall that looked like blood – we only noticed it in the morning or we would have left!

“Maybe I would experience a better stay there or if I even stay there if your staff treated people with respect and digni”

It probably looked great and was fine, but the staff attitude made me book somewhere else.
