“Payment Information Was Incorrect”

What bothered me was that when I arrived, the hotel staff said I could only pay for the room in cash. Yet my reservation clearly stated that credit‑card payment was accepted. That was inconvenient and unexpected, since I had planned to pay with my card based on the booking details.

The bathroom was awful and the room had no windows and was noisy, so it wasn’t pleasant.

“Good location. Gets noisy.”

It’s an easy walk to People’s Square for the station and East Ninjang shopping street, and the staff were friendly. The downside is that it’s right next to a parcel depot, so it gets very loud.
