The resort feels like a natural jungle with a pristine river for swimming, great food and amazing staff. The cabins are authentic bush cabins. Monkeys and wildlife are everywhere! It was hot at times sleeping under the mosquito nets and there was no air conditioning in the cabins.

A big shoutout to the people who work there. Because of the rain we couldn’t leave and had to stay another night – we were given a new bungalow right away without asking. Generally very helpful, the bus‑ferry ticket was checked for us. The rooms are nothing special, cozy and easy, a bit inconvenient because there are very few hanging places. If something gets wet, it never dries again. By the way: a headlamp equals key. The rain was so heavy that the bridge was underwater, so our stay fell into an exceptional period (e.g., one day with no power, hardly any guests). We ended up spending a lot of time in the resort. It could use a few more chill spots to hang out, except for the restaurant. For food: the first evening was surprisingly good! Unfortunately we had to eat there daily – well, the dishes all taste very similar. Mango sticky rice + pancakes are recommended. Prices are actually a bit high compared to the spots around.

The bungalows sit prettily in the woods, each with a tiny balcony and a comfy bed fitted with a mosquito net. The breakfast, however, felt pricey for the quantity offered.

The place is tucked in nature and looks gorgeous, but you’ll need a motorcycle to get around. It’s somewhat isolated and lacks quick transport choices.
