There was no service at all; linen towels were used, no potable drinking water, and when I asked for a bowl and a spoon I was bluntly refused; there was no intercom or basic facilities.

Their services were really bad; the room and bathrooms were not clean, the photos used for rooms were utterly fake and not even 1% similar, so it was not worth the money.
