Arriving with a smile, you’re greeted warmly and feel like part of the family; it’s personal and human, especially thanks to Elvira, who made the experience special. I have nothing negative to add, though we only stayed one night.

The location and view were good, parking was easy, and the design is modern. However, the price‑to‑value was terrible: the overnight rate was very high even with a basic breakfast, and we were asked to pay at the cashier for water. We had booked a room with a private pool, as advertised, but did not receive it; instead we got a tiny room that barely fit two people. The staff spoke almost no English, so any questions or discussions failed. We stayed only one night instead of two, and the second night was not refunded. This is absolutely not what the description promised.
