The pool area was great with plenty of family entertainment, the rooms were nice, and the complex had everything including shops. The location sits at the top of a steep hill, but a bus shuttle runs between the three Holiday World hotels.

The staff were friendly, but the food was disappointing, and parking cost 16.50 per day. The laundry charge for one wash was 9.50. When eating at lunch or dinner, they would bring items up to the rooms even though we were on all‑inclusive, and the elevator doors and the elevators themselves were dirty because they allowed drinks to be carried up. At 7:15 in the morning, the noise from people could be heard. The bar inside the pool area had a system of cards for drinks.

The service from Valentina was spectacular – I absolutely love her – and Johanna and Noemí were super friendly, attentive, and 100% dedicated. The laundry needs improvement; the washing machine is in terrible condition, but it’s something that can be fixed. The rest of the hotel is spectacular, clean, and very pretty.
