The room was spacious and comfortable, and being in a busy area made getting around very easy. However, the hotel looks dated and probably won’t be upgraded soon; the air‑conditioner never got cold even after I set it to 16 °C, and the blanket was too thin to keep me warm, while the pillow was stiff and uncomfortable, preventing deep sleep. The floor tiles squeaked when dry and became slippery when wet, which would be a problem for older guests. The bed’s mattress sat fairly high and felt rather hard, and the blanket was barely enough.
