The property has free parking in a small annex beneath the owners’ house above it. It’s set far from the city, so you can escape car noise and music. The house comes with a TV, sofa, kitchen utensils, washing machine and many other useful things. Unfortunately we ran into two issues during our stay: one night during a storm water seeped in through a wall crack, and another night ants crawled in and covered the bread we had bought, likely through a small hole on the exterior.

The apartment has just the right amount of space and is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and air‑conditioning. It’s located a 20‑to‑30‑minute drive from the main sights—Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Grasse—so you avoid the high prices of staying in a “famous” spot, giving you an excellent value for money.

The location is great, the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a kitchen and fridge, and it’s quiet. There were a few ants, but we’re in the countryside.
