The location, the view from the room, and breakfast. Exposed electrical wiring in the bathroom, no lighting on the first and second floor stairways, a previous guest’s clothes were in our wardrobe, and the carpet by the window was worn out.

The room was weak, very uncomfortable and showed no maintenance, too expensive for what it offered, some staff were not very friendly while others, especially at reception, were quite pleasant.
