“NOT what one would expect from a Kempinski hotel”
I liked the very high quality self service laundry room, but I was trying to find out online about it before my stay and I could not find this information, it would be useful to post about it, so actually this was a pleasant surprise. - the hotel and rooms are nice, and have a potential to be a luxury hotel, but that needs a different management - dirt and mess at many places and in front of the hotel - the breakfast is quite poor, the mushrooms and tofu from the hot buffet were cold and dry already at 6:40 in the morning and the cook from the soup area was not available, in general not enough variety or quality - manager should oversee the breakfast room a bit more - the pool/spa area is extremely outdated and "worn out", definitely should not be a part of a luxury brand hotel
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, with ultra‑luxurious, super‑comfortable rooms, stunning and elegant public areas and a good restaurant; special shout‑out to the 24‑hour supermarket on the premises! I loved everything.
“Qualité prix correct”
The price was reasonable, but the breakfast service, cleaning and bedding fell short of five‑star standards and the pool was disappointing.
“overall, nice stay. however it is an older furnished hotel”
The staff were very nice and even handed me a birthday cake, but the equipment feels quite old and the bathroom needs a renovation soon.
A spectacular, luxurious and comfortable hotel with no complaints at all.
