“Completely impersonal service.”
I notified them a day or two after booking—over two weeks in advance—that my plans had changed and requested a cancellation. No reply came, and WhatsApp messages were just automated responses that led nowhere. There was no human contact or willingness to accommodate a cancellation that, with so much notice, should have been straightforward and allow the room to be rebooked. While I understand cancellation policies exist, the inflexibility felt more like a pretext to charge than a fair application of the rules, especially since the room could have been booked by someone else.

My recent stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues. Unfortunately, there was no complimentary breakfast provided, which was a disappointment. However, the real letdown was the broken air conditioner in our room, which made our stay uncomfortable. Despite these problems, I would have liked to give the hotel a chance to redeem itself, but the air conditioner issue was a deal-breaker.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. Although there's no laundry room on site, they kindly offered to do our laundry for a reasonable fee. The hotel's proximity to a nearby convenience store and the availability of a microwave in the communal area were definite pluses.
