I was simply cancelled even though everything was paid and I had emailed months earlier hoping for a good room.

The stay was better than I expected; the rugs and bed were clean and the bathroom was mostly tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower curtain was gross, with lots of long hair, and there was a hole in the wall behind the door—no excuse for such cheapness. Extra pillows would have been nice too.

The room was clean with spotless linens, towels, and floors; the bathroom was tidy and stocked, and the customer service was helpful and friendly. The value for the price was exceptional, with no bed bugs or other insects, and the AC kept the room cool during the hot weekend. The only downside was the refrigerator not being cold, though I didn’t need it, and a few minor repairs would improve things.
