“Séjour de 10 jours formidable”
The hotel is very pleasant and well‑located. The room had a small balcony overlooking the pool, and the mattress was very comfortable. The staff are attentive, and the breakfast is amazing. The only downside was the lack of a certain feature.
“Tutto ok”
Central location, spotless room, and a varied, plentiful breakfast!
“Montecatini che non c'è più”
The location was fine. The restaurant, the room and the organisation were not.
“Oasi di relax e gentilezza unica: SPA stupenda e piscine curate!”
A wonderful oasis of relaxation in Montecatini Terme, this hotel excels in every respect. The staff show an uncommon kindness, both at the restaurant, in the lounge and in the wellness area. The two‑hour wellness circuit is stunning and revitalising, so much so that we chose to repeat it twice during our stay! The outdoor pools are gorgeous, clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone seeking maximum relaxation. The only drawback was the absence of soap bars and mini shower gels, replaced by a simple fixed dispenser.
“Das Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne wert, wir würden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen”
We liked the central location – many attractions are within walking distance – and the rooms were tidy, breakfast was fine and the staff were courteous; still, the facilities fell short of what we expect from a 4‑star hotel: there were hardly any power outlets, the only one by the bed was linked to the lighting so using it turned the lights off, the TV had no German channels, and not all rooms looked renovated as shown in the photos. Water dripped from a hole in the ceiling of the corridor, probably from the air‑conditioning, and parking was a hassle. The hotel’s lot cost €12 per day while nearby public parking was about €3, which seemed unreasonable. When we arrived it was raining and water had leaked through the roof into the entrance, forcing staff to lay out towels and a large white basin to catch it – not something we expected from a 4‑star property. The online pictures and description didn’t match the reality, especially the claim “newly renovated,” and the website showed people without swim caps in the pool even though a cap‑only rule is enforced on site.
