How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room is nicely decorated and comfortable, but the cleanliness was not the best; the shower in the room moved in all directions, so I asked not to use it, and I booked the room specifically for that reason. A fan in the bathroom is essential, and the cables are visible.

The bathroom door is on a hinge but doesn’t close fully, and there’s no towel for exiting the shower.

The room was superb, with flawless cleanliness, and the restaurant offered a variety of food and drinks at reasonable prices, close to the spa and treatment center. The room door opened a bit hard, so the lock wasn’t very useful, and the location was very exposed to traffic, but it could be worse. Overall, the place is very pleasant!

The design is fantastic, the place is clean, the hair dryer is nice, and the bed is very comfortable. The door lock is almost unusable, there are broken sockets, no safe, and no glasses.

The camera was fine and the bed was comfortable, but the reception was awful; after I even paid through Booking, the staff asked me for details they should already know—how much I paid, which room I booked, how many nights I was staying, etc. They said all the information was at SEFU. On top of that, the restaurant staff who also handled reception looked extremely tired and annoyed. If you’re traveling a long way to get there and you’re treated like that, you’ll want to go back to where you came from.
