“Welcoming Staff but Noisy Accommodation”
The staff were welcoming and accommodating, which was a positive start to my stay. However, the hotel itself was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to relax. The lack of soundproofing meant I could hear loud conversations from other guests, as well as the sounds of showers and toilets being used, and even the switching on of lights in other rooms.
