Overall, the experience was wonderful, all staff were very welcoming and polite, which made the whole stay worthwhile. Breakfast was pleasant and the location is great, close to Avenida Paulista but without the usual door chaos. For some reason my entry card didn’t work, even though it had no contact with anything; I’m not sure if it was a one‑off or a system issue.
