We had a great four‑day stay at The Lady Mary Inn at Hurd Manor. The inn was close to Ogunquit, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport, so there was plenty to do. Mornings with Ryan and his two boxers, Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh, were always a delight. We even had afternoon tea on Sunday and met a very nice friend of Ryan’s named Machelle (sp?) who was just fun to be around. It was my birthday weekend and it was just nice and relaxing and a perfect place for antiquing, with many shops to visit. I didn’t like that we couldn’t stay for an extended period of time, but all good things must come to an end.

We were thrilled with the accommodations; Ryan proved to be an incredible host and chef, always ready with anything we needed, and the place felt like a grand Victorian. The only downside was having to leave early to return to work.

Ryan was a gracious, engaging host and his breakfast was amazing; our room matched the Victorian vibe perfectly, and we felt completely at home.
