The staff seemed helpful so far, though we’re still working through the refund. My fiancé woke up with bed‑bug bites the first night—just a couple when he got up, probably a mosquito. The second night he woke up covered in bites. He had to check out, and we’re handling the refund while staying at a new hotel.

The location was fine. We had stayed for four days and wanted to extend one more day; we were told a new room would be ready, so we left everything, but we received the same room with no minimal clean‑up—no trash removed, no toiletries or towels added.
