I thought it was overhyped; the design and furnishings don't feel luxurious, it comes across as a modest property, yet the price is steep. You don't get a luxury experience that matches the cost, and there are more upscale options in the city. I even wanted to cancel my reservation when I arrived but couldn't.

The location and surroundings were great. Staying in a palace was amazing! Mr Khateeb made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast was a little poor and could be better.
