The staff were helpful, the location convenient, and the hotel was clean. However, the price felt low for the quality; we booked a suite but were shocked to find eight mirrors in the bathroom and none in the bedroom or living area. The windows were large but the view was obstructed by a fence around the hotel.

Everything was great, especially the building’s striking design, efficient elevator, and the team’s friendly handling. The only downside was the persistent smell coming from the bedding, noticeable in the corridors and rooms.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The rooms were beautiful, spacious and the facilities were top class. They had mens and womens health club, seperate pools and lots of boujee restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service for breakfast which was really tasty. The torch is also connected to villagio mall with plenty of childrens activities, restaurants and shops. I loved everything
