We paid for the room in advance, but when we got there there was literally no room left. The staff tried to sort it out, yet we ended up scrambling for another place. Not the kind of welcome you expect after pre‑paying.

The listing promised a bar and a restaurant on site, but when we arrived there was nothing of the sort. We spent the whole stay looking for a place to eat and drink elsewhere. Definitely misleading.

The hotel sits in a truly charming spot, surrounded by lots of greenery that makes the whole area feel peaceful. It’s a nice little escape if you enjoy nature.

The price was reasonable and the location is perfect for anyone heading to Spa Francorchamps, which was a big plus. Unfortunately the head pillows were flat and gave me a sore neck each morning. A decent stay overall, but the pillows need work.

The area itself is pleasant and there’s a decent restaurant nearby, which helped a bit. Inside the hotel, however, there was no TV, breakfast wasn’t included and they charged €9 per person extra, the beds were uncomfortable, and the manager was unfriendly and absent. To make matters worse, the advertised on‑site restaurant didn’t exist at all.
