It was a pleasant stay for my family, just three blocks from the Viva Envigado shopping center (though at night it feels a bit dark and lonely to walk those blocks) and about 15 minutes on foot from the metro station; the rooms, staff service, and breakfast were all very good. The only downside was that I had to leave my van outside because it wouldn’t fit in the parking elevator, so the parking is really only for cars.

The location was fine, but two people in charge of the whole hotel rationed breakfast, letting you only take what they served.
