We really liked this hotel - the pools, the sea view, the location. We had two fantastic dinners in the hotel restaurant. Great value for money

The room was spacious and spotless, with stunning ocean views, but the signage to the check‑in area was confusing, so we had to walk a long distance from an unmanned spot to the lobby.

The room was comfortable and the hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic sauna, though the lights in the room were a touch too dim for our liking.

The hotel is large and quiet, even though it’s a bit far from Jeju’s center, and it offers all meals—breakfast, lunch, dinner—though I didn’t use them because the food isn’t halal and I’ll stick to vegan options. There’s a 24‑hour GS supermarket in the basement with self‑service checkout. The room is roomy with a parquet wood floor, and they give each guest a daily bottle of bottled water. Free parking is available, and the sea view from the hotel is gorgeous. The hotel’s location is close to all the natural tourist spots. The downside is the distance from the city center, which limits access to nearby amenities like Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Emart24, and there’s no luggage delivery to rooms—you have to move it yourself. Also, note that Jeju is large; driving between tourist sites takes at least 45 minutes because speed limits are low and radar checkpoints are common, so plan accordingly if you’re driving around the island.

The views are nice, but the local roads to the hotel are narrow. The breakfast buffet is very good, yet the rooms feel a bit dated and could use a refresh.
