“A good choice”

The room, the location, breakfast, and security were good. The staff were efficient and did their job well but seemed to miss chances to make us feel like guests rather than just customers.

“Inesistente”

Niente. Sono arrivato alla struttura in anticipo alle ore 23.40 avendo preso un taxi da Catania. Arrivato davanti al portone del Palazzo ho avuto la fortuna di trovare un Signore che mi ha fatto entrare e sono salito al secondo piano e sono arrivato davanti all'ingresso. Ho scritto 3 messaggi "Sono entrato dentro il Palazzo, adesso sono davanti alla porta Elysium ed il terzo salve Giovanni sono 15 minuti che attendo fuori dalla porta". Ho ricevuto due messaggi in risposta alle 00.29 quindi circa 40 minuti dopo il mio arrivo, ovviamente me ne sono andato ed ho avuto la fortuna di trovare un'altra sistemazione. La giustificazione del mio interlocutore è stata "Mi si era spento il telefono perchè scarico e non appena sono arrivato a casa l'ho messo a caricare, l'agenzia che mi ha chiamato oggi mi ha detto che lei sarebbe arrivato non prima delle 12.30/01. Ometto ogni commento e, ovviamente, per il futuro questa struttura è cancellata dai miei programmi. Cosa gradita sarebbe la restituzione di quanto corrisposto
