“Excellent Michelin restaurant with a stunning view.”

I’ve stayed in Broc several times before, and this time the hotel on the main street gave me a breathtaking view of Moleson, Gruyères' castle, and the airfield. The rooms are simple yet spotless; some feature balconies overlooking the valley, others face the main road. The property hosts a Michelin‑starred restaurant and an amazing brasserie. I booked the restaurant for both nights, but the brasserie’s quality was outstanding. I’d especially recommend the “Morilles farcies au veau” (veal‑stuffed mushrooms). The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were warm and professional. I’ll definitely return, hopefully with my family, to try the restaurant again.

Everything was spot on – the check‑in was smooth, the rooms were tidy and roomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to get around the area, and the overall vibe was just great.

Room was small but cute. No water, kettle, or fridge inside, but you could grab tea and water outside the room. The spot is right near Gruyère, which is handy. The staff were a bit rude – when we asked if we could sit in the hall while it rained outside, they just said “No” with no explanation.

“Très bon séjour avec une vue magnifique sur le château de Gruyère et le Moléson”

Breakfast was top‑notch: fresh products, excellent quality, and that double cream was a real treat 😛. The staff were all smiles, friendly and ready to help. The only thing that could use a tweak is adding a few more power outlets in the room.
