The hotel sits in a central spot, close to major sights and shopping, and it’s clean with a very good breakfast; the staff were also helpful. What bothered me was that housekeeping only happened once during my stay, and there was no warning about this during booking or in the confirmation. When I asked for cleaning on the second day, they said they could just bring supplies, but I needed a full clean, so the room was only cleaned the next day. Guests should be told in advance if daily housekeeping isn’t offered.
