“Ottima esperienza!”
Breakfast is abundant and varied, the place is very clean, the staff are courteous and helpful. It’s my second year here and I hope to return.

The location was great. The staff were kind and helpful. The level of service matched what was advertised.

It was very convenient for getting to Link University. The lock on room 23’s door didn’t close from the outside.

The place is run by nuns, the room was spotless and air‑conditioned, breakfast was hearty and the dinner meal was also generous, and the bus stop right outside the entrance takes you to Rome’s center and the metro is 500 m away; I’d definitely come back if I ever need to go to Rome again. I didn’t spot any downside.

The rooms are basic but very comfortable and clean, and everyone was very helpful; the breakfast was fine for an Italian standard (I missed fruit and eggs, but that’s not typical in the country). It sits in a great residential area with small markets and restaurants nearby, but it’s a bit farther from the center, so you can’t walk there. The air conditioner didn’t actually cool the room, it just made it feel cooler.
