We found the place amazing—spacious, clean, and right in the center. We booked at the last minute, locked it in, and arrived 19 minutes later to be checked in immediately. Parking was free, and we could leave the car there after check‑out. I’d stay here again. 10/10 😍

The location is perfect; from the balcony you can see the famous Batum Tower and enjoy the light show at night. The host is friendly and the service is excellent!

The place is fantastic, the hosts are wonderful, and the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and immaculate—something I never expected in a boutique hotel. The linens were clean and fragrant, and the hosts were always ready to help.

It’s a simple hotel just near the center with a very friendly owner. When it rained heavily during our stay, she handed us two umbrellas.

A tasty contrast between this small Guest House and the large nearby hotels. It feels like home! The bathroom is damp and the toilet tap leaks.
