The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the AC and TV worked well. I’d feel right at home! The pool was unready, probably because it’s the rainy season, and the hotel shuttle service was nonexistent.

The location and price were good compared to other island spots, and the staff were kind enough to escort us to the port when it rained. The bathroom could have been cleaner; there were bugs and a lizard. Koh Lipe is pricey for accommodation, and we ended up paying less for better hotels.

The bed was incredibly comfy and the beach was nearby, but that’s about it. The staff were invisible—no cleaning, no fresh towels or toilet paper, and we couldn’t even locate them for a request. There was no ambient lighting, just a harsh overhead light that made evenings tough. The neighboring rooms were loud; we could hear every TV moment until 4:30 am, which ruined sleep despite the comfortable bed. The bathroom had dampness, insects from the drain, a weak shower, a constant stench, no ventilation, and mold on the walls. We couldn’t report any of this because the staff were missing. The pool was green, bug‑laden, and dirty—unusable, and we had no idea where it was. For the price, I was utterly disappointed and would not recommend it.

The room sits perfectly between two stunning beaches. The staff helped with taxis and ferry pick‑ups and drop‑offs. The room gets cleaned daily and the bed is super comfy—10/10 recommendation. The pool is closed now, but the beach is so close it doesn’t matter.
