The noise level in the restaurant and pool was high, the pool was very dirty, and people swam in the pool without wearing swimsuits.

The location is very good and the food is also good; the room is neat and clean, but the spa hasn’t started yet, which is disappointing.

The property itself is solid, and the overall experience was pleasant, with staff who were very supportive. The location is a little far from the Citi Centre, and the road leading to the hotel isn’t well maintained.
