“Disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work”

The place was fine overall, but I asked multiple times about the hot tub and nobody responded. I chose this hotel because they advertised a working hot tub, yet it stayed broken the entire time we stayed.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the pool temperature was spot‑on. The elevator made a loud noise when it opened, and the lobby had a strange, not unpleasant but odd, smell.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was average, typical hotel fare. Shower pressure was weak but still usable.

The pool is great for the kids who love to swim; it opens at 5:30 am and stays open until 11 pm, the breakfast was outstanding and I’ll definitely book again, though parking is insufficient.
