The location was good, but the floor was dirty, pieces missing, it felt like the floor could give way; they gave me a reused card key holder that looked like a dog had chewed it. The floor was filthy, baseboards in the bathroom showed mildew and water damage, and the shower was filthy with mildew or fecal matter.

The place is just near downtown Auburn, but the walls are thin so you can hear people next door, there's a lot of street noise from passing cars, and it wasn't as clean as I had hoped.

I was thrilled with the compact room size, the shower stayed hot, the AC was cool, and everything felt in harmony.
