KOPSTER Hotel Residence Paris Ouest Colombes

Room was clean and roomy, but breakfast was in a different building.

“Bon établissement dans l’ensemble”

Très bien situé à Colombes, mais la chambre PMR avec moquette est difficile à manœuvrer avec un fauteuil roulant, et le sol de douche est bien trop glissant.

The place stayed spotless and the room had great facilities, yet we arrived about an hour and a half early for check‑in and asked the front desk if we could move in sooner. He said the room was still being prepared and would be ready soon, but we didn’t get checked in until after 3 pm—exactly the opposite of what we’d asked for. We also didn’t have enough towels for all of us, so we called reception for more, but instead of sending them to our room, they told us to come down and pick them up.
